Terms of Service

By using MediaSync ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

MediaSync is a mobile application that syncs audio files from your Google Drive to your Apple Watch for offline playback. The companion web service allows you to save audio from YouTube videos to your Google Drive.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Google account to use the app.
• You are responsible for the content you store in your Google Drive and sync to your devices.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright law, when using the app.
• You must not use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Content

MediaSync does not host, store, or distribute any audio content. The app merely facilitates the transfer of files between your own Google Drive account and your Apple devices. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your content.

4. Google Account

The app requires Google OAuth authentication to access your Google Drive. By signing in, you authorize the app to read and write files within the "__MediaSync__" folder in your Google Drive. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or other issues arising from use of the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may update these terms, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
